THORNHILL SQUARE REDEVELOPMENT
Markham, Ontario

This project consists of the redevelopment of an existing 15 acre shopping centre site to create a large scale infill project within an established community.  Part of the shopping centre will be demolished and replaced with approximately 450 units of stacked townhouses and mid-rise apartments.  The remaining part of the shopping centre will be reclad and reconfigured to meet contemporary retail space requirements.
