This Master Plan for the redevelopment of 43 acres incorporates a 19- acre retail component, 18-acre office / research component and 6 acres of residential development.  The planning design incorporates existing commercial activity, street patterns and topography to provide a well integrated, meaningful and continuous urban fabric.
