COMMONWEALTH BUSINESS PARK
Scarborough, Ontario

This project involved masterplanning, developing massing studies and the creation of urban design guidelines for a forty acre site proposed for industrial and commercial use.  The above sketch illustrates the massing of 'gate post' buildings which reinforce the street corners and act as gateways to the development.  The design of parking areas, sidewalks and streetscapes creates a park-like setting within the business community.
