This urban infill project, developed on the site of a former Bell facility, contains 104 units mostly in a semi-detached form.   The development utilizes rear lanes to access freestanding garages freeing up the fronts of the houses for porches and a house form consistent with the surrounding urban fabric and existing inner city housing.
