This 186-unit residential condominium project has a commanding presence on Toronto's west harbourfront.  The building steps back at the fifth floor to provide sunlit terraces that face the water. 

Last minute changes in marketing direction required extensive design changes after the 5 storey concrete construction and floor slabs were poured.  Our fast track process and sequential tendering allowed the original schedule to be minimally adjusted.
