This 111,200 s.f. dedicated conference centre facility will be connected to the popular Monterra Golf Course club house to provide conference rooms, meeting rooms, a boardroom and grand ballroom with break-out spaces and moveable walls for flexibility of use.  The building will be connected to the Village on the one side and main road on the other for easy access by foot or by car.  Outdoor spaces and terraces are woven into the village fabric and lead off of the facilities crush spaces and lobbies
