THE VILLAGE AT BLUE MOUNTAIN

The expansion of the Blue Mountain Ski Resort was designed to create an 'urban village' that encourages social interaction and community activity.  Resort amenities will include over 1,200 resort/condominium units, 125,000 s.f. of commercial space and a  110,200 s.f. conference centre.  Residential buildings, mixed use buildings, public spaces, and plazas are all interconnected by urban streets, boardwalks and promenades.  Destination recreational areas are located next to complementary functions, designed to create a vibrant village setting.
