This Part Source store was designed to integrate with its mall context.  Originally an existing industrial warehouse, the building was transformed by demolishing a single storey at the front of the building, developing a new cornice and facade complete with new exterior finishing and matching red banding.  This treatment successfully increased the store-front exposure and signage impact facing the street.   This project demonstrates the successful integration of the Part Source retail prototype within a non-typical context.
