Part of the redevelopment of this 40-acre warehousing and retail complex, this facility will be a new flagship store for Canadian Tire.  Designed to address the urban design and grading issues arising out of the location of the property, the building incorporates below grade parking and third party retail space to create a meaningful statement about the possibilities of meeting the needs of both the public and commercial realms.
