Located at the corner of King St. and Simcoe St., this building was originally constructed in 1907 to accommodate the Canadian General Electric Company's head office facilities.  The project required extensive interior renovations, the addition of a penthouse floor to accommodate more office space and the restoration of portions of the building to be consistent with the original classical Beaux Arts style.
