This feasibility study was commissioned to assess the requirements for accessibility and building upgrades and the consolidation of both offices and court functions within the existing Juvenile Family Courts at 311 Jarvis Street.

Space planning designs made use of vacant areas and provided a more advantageous use of existing space.  Services included conducting needs analysis, life-safety, building code and building systems assessement, furniture assessment and re-use, and the preparation of reports on findings, recommendations, design options and costs.
