The design challenge for this regional claims centre and branch office was to accommodate the program requirements within an irregular site configuration with limited height restrictions.  Pre-cast concrete cladding provides an economical choice of materials in creating strong horizontal bands which contrast with the changing elevations of the site.  The result is a striking landmark on Yonge Street.
