Located at the corner of Queen Street West and Simcoe Street, the new building for Canad a Life has prominence on University Avenue overlooking historic Campbell House.

This fifteen storey office building is divided into two realms by  incorporating a "green" floor at the eighth floor featuring a green roof.  A sustainable development mandate, the flexibility to accommodate future needs, and a design that provides a strong focus to the public realm successfully meets the client's objective of demonstrating environmental leadership in the community.
