This industrial/office building was designed to accommodate  corporate office and research activities and provide an  economical solution to accommodate 67,000 sf of manufacturing and distribution.

Precast concrete and large windows at the front offices provided a light-filled modern exterior facing the street and contrasting the remainder of the facility with economical flexwall cladding.

Budget control was managed through value engineering and regular meetings with the consultant team.  In conjunction with these meetings, project activities were evaluated in terms of their effectiveness and necessity to achieve the goals and objectives established for the project.
