This building contains a 2-storey office facility of 15,000 s.f. and a warehouse and distribution centre of 45,000 s.f. featuring a 24-foot high unobstructed interior volume.  The warehouse portion of the building is clad in flexwall with an expansion wall finished with insulated siding.  The front office facility combines white architectural precast and a grey reflective curtain wall creating a striking composition with increased visibility and a prestigious appearance.
