This building was designed to provide head offices, warehouse and distribution facilities for an international manufacturer of pump equipment.  Designed with precast concrete exterior cladding, reflective glass, flexwall system and in-floor heating, the building features economically designed and light-filled spaces including a central entrance and atrium incorporating corporate image and functional requirements.
