This distribution and office facility for importers of fashion accessories contains 36,000 s.f of warehouse and 8,777 s.f. of office space on 2 levels.  Interior design services included space planning, interior finishes and furniture selection.

Precast concreate provided an economical solution for the exterior cladding of the warehouse facility.   The curtain wall, metal spandrels and anodized metal entrance feature create a contemporary aesthetic with a clearly defined entrance and branding visibility.
