This program, funded by the World Bank organization, was undertaken by the Jamaican Government to re-equip existing secondary school facilities to meet the demands of a newly structured curriculum.

With a total project cost of 5.5 million (U.S.), the work involved the refurbishment and expansion of 20 schools and construction including an addition and renovation of Cedar Valley School shown above.
