Located at the corner of Steeles Avenue and Main Street South, this new 780,000 sf shopping centre is the result of an extensive renovation and expansion of the existing District Shopping Centre. 

Anchored by a 100,000 sf Canadian Tire, 90,000 sf Zellers and a 25,000 sf Winnners retail store, the Shoppers World involved the redesign of circulation, maximization of visibility from the surrounding urban community, redesign of the exterior envelope of the building, including planters, pylons, and signage and interior design of the food court.
