Using the principles of Reduce, Reuse and Recylce, material and system 'choices' were made to strive to sustain and preserve the resources on which the members rely on for their adventures.

Features include a roof meadow, central atrium with operable clerestorey windows, environmentally friendly interior finishes and an exposed reclaimed timber structure which creates an arcade at the main entry with space for bicycle parking.
