This project included renovation of the City of York Works Department, Department of Parks and Recreation and Aldermanic office facilities.  A total of 15,000 sf was completely gutted and new office facilities were provided including new partitions, fire protection measures and a design to interface with the existing building services.

The scope of work included program development, employee requirement interviews, space planning, cataloguing physical assets and furniture, re-use analysis, new furniture selection, drawing production, construction documentation, tendering, field review and contract administration.  Careful management of the project provided minimum disturbance to existing staff, systems and operations.
