This building was designed to accommodate the Canadian head office and distribution center for Nort Gear, an international manufacturer and distributor of industrial gears.  The building successfully combines a distinctive foreground office component of reflective glass and smooth precast panels with contrasting textured grey flexwall at the warehouse facility.
