CARBON STEEL

This addition involved the conversion of an existing office and manufacturing facility to accommodate specific requirements for a new heavy steel plate fabrication facility.  Phase-1 services included site planning studies to achieve optimization of the site development with consideration for future expansions.  This planning process shortened the project schedule for future phases, saving time and costs for the overall expansion project.

Office design included space planning, corporate imaging concepts and finish selection.  A courtyard garden was incorporated into the urban planning design for employee use.  Additional services included complete facility building code upgrade for fire exits and construction planning to allow minimal disruption of existing operations.
