This existing downtown commercial banking center facility was completely gutted and renovated to accommodate a new corporate image, changes in service methodology, and the latest facility standards.  The project was successfully planned and phased to allow the continuous operation of the branch.  Project Management services utilized the critical path method to plan project activities and scheduling through to construction. The final product successfully incorporated the goals and objectives for the facility within the constraints of the continuous operation of the branch.
