Marketing objectives and facility requirements were met through the successful application of retail design principals.  Canada Trust facility projects included new buildings, renovations, retrofits, exterior facades and interior design.

A tower motif was incorporated into the architectural expression as an identifying feature of Canada Trust facilities.   Depending on the building's context, the tower element was expressed through a series of impressions on the flat face of an office tower, as a landmark feature by placing it at the corner of a building, and as a main entrance which makes reference to a town hall clock tower.   These design applications maximized the existing site context while successfully fulfilling marketing and business development objectives.
