Located at the prominent corner of Morningside Drive and Ellesmere Avenue, the new Centennial College of Applied Arts & Technology building forms a gateway to the Scarborough campus of the University of Toronto.

This multipurpose college includes the incorporation of a sustainable development mandate, the flexibility to accommodate future needs, and a design that incorporates an open, interactive learning environment that provides a strong focus to the public realm.  This project successfully met the client's objective of demonstrating environmental leadership in the community.
